Before Treatment

Stage I:

Translate the maxillary anterior teeth to an edge to edge relationship.

Length: up to six months

Stage II:

Maintain all first stage corrections with heavy 0.022 archwires.

Length: up to 4 months

Stage III:

Maintain all of the first and second stage corrections and over corrections.

Correct the axial inclinations of all teeth to ideal mesiodistal and labialingual inclinations with 0.0215 X O.028 archwires and nickel titanium wire in the horizontal slot.

Length: up to 12 months for severe discrepancies
